399 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Chris Penk: In 2024 there were 2 personal grievances received by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). One of these personal grievances was resolved by mutual agreement, and the other continues to be worked through. There have been no personal grievances received by LINZ in 2025, as at 20 January.
