398 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: What schools, if any, have received allocations from the $58 million accelerated funding for operating maintenance work that she announced on 22 September 2025; and, if any, what maintenance work was funded at said schools?

Hon Erica Stanford: Further to my responses to written parliamentary questions 396 and 397 (2026), schools were asked to indicate what maintenance activities they would be undertaking when they applied for the Property Maintenance Grant Top-up. Schools typically indicated they would be using the funding for multiple activities such as: • Building washdowns: 776 schools • Cladding repairs: 452 schools • Grounds maintenance: 1,301 schools • Gutter cleaning: 717 schools • Painting: 1,102 schools • Roof repairs: 450 schools • Tree removal or trimming: 885 schools Other minor capital works: 719 schools
