398 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What "performance plans", if any, broken down by date issued and titled, has the Minister or their agencies or departments, if any, prepared?

Hon Chris Penk: On 29 July 2024 [CAB-24-MIN-0273 refers], Cabinet agreed to commission Performance Plans as part of Phase Two of our Fiscal Sustainability Programme. Performance Plans will give Ministers assurance that each department has a plan in place to deliver within set baselines. As a result of this, Land Information New Zealand prepared a performance plan that was shared with The Treasury as required on 7 November 2024.
