397 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Brooke van Velden: I have been advised that in response to the Cabinet Office Circular entitled “Impact-Analysis Requirements”, the Department of Internal Affairs has drawn the circular and related guidance material and templates to the attention of all relevant staff. Those staff have been provided with information on what requirements are new or have changed.
