387 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years, 9 personal grievances were notified to the Ministry of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel. A breakdown by current status is provided below. 9 received: - 4 resolved - 5 unresolved, of which 1 is lodged with the Employment Relations Authority (not yet determined)
