Darleen Tana to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: Will New Zealand honour its commitment under CMM 03-2023 at SPRFMO to protect at least 70% of vulnerable marine ecosystems from 2024 (which it proposed and collectively agreed to at the 11th meeting of the SPRFMO Commission in 2023); if not, why not?
