366 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: What progress, if any, has she made in setting up the New Zealand School Property Agency and when does she expect it to be established?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry of Education has been charged with establishing the New Zealand School Property Agency (NZSPA). NZSPA is proposed to be formally established as a Crown Agent in the second half of 2026, subject to the passing of the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill and key milestones being met.
