365 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Does she still expect the New Zealand School Property Agency to be established as a Crown Agent and if so, what existing Crown Agents is she considering as models for the new agency?

Hon Erica Stanford: Yes, the New Zealand School Property Agency is proposed to be formally established as a Crown Agent in the second half of 2026, subject to the passing of the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill and key milestones being met.
