363 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: Has she ruled out the prospect of any members of the Ministerial Advisory Group, established to advise on the establishment of the New Zealand School Property Agency, being appointed to the board of that agency and if not, why not?

Hon Erica Stanford: Appointments to the New Zealand School Property Agency Board are expected to be made in alignment with the proposed legislation passing on 1 August 2026.
