360 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Chris Bishop: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development will implement this circular in the development of forthcoming advice that requires impact analysis. Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it did not take any action in relation to the Cabinet Office Circular titled “Impact-Analysis Requirement”. Kāinga Ora does not develop or set regulatory policy proposals.
