Hon Erica Stanford: "ERO used consultants and consultancy firms to support delivery of the following services in 2025: • Supporting the transfer of regulatory functions from the Ministry of Education to ERO • developing ERO’s Performance Framework, • building a data collection tool and shared service platform, • leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency, and • reviewing our evaluation methodology for Māori medium schools and early learning services.
