346 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised the Cabinet Office Circular titled ‘Needs-Based Service Provision’ was shared with all Ministry for the Environment staff via the Ministry's intranet. No further specific implementation activity was undertaken by the Ministry as the Ministry does not provide services targeted to specific population groups. As a regulator, the Cabinet Office Circular: Needs-based Service Provision is not relevant to the functions of the Environmental Protection Authority.
