309 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the Minister support the continued rollout of the "Whakaorangia te Mana Tangata" programme as set out in the Briefing to the Incoming Minister, are any changes planned?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Vote Justice Briefing for the Incoming Minister dated 24 November 2023 does not mention any plans to roll out Whakaorangia te Mana Tangata to sites other than the current Kaitāia, Gisborne and Kaikohe District Courts. There are no changes planned.
