305 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Courts: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Nicole McKee: The Ministry was already designing services based on need, and often driven by legislative requirements. The Ministry has continued that approach to designing services and will be guided by CO (24) 5 on needs-based service provision as proposals for the design of public services are developed.
