299 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled Needs-Based Service Provision?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that no specific changes have been made in response to this circular, however, Corrections is focused on providing effective and efficient services that deliver the best possible results in reducing reoffending amongst people in Corrections’ management.
