Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many people, if any, have moved out of emergency housing into more stable housing through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s emergency housing social outcomes-based contracting trial and how does that number break down by location?

Hon Tama Potaka: As at 31 December 2025, 36 households have moved out of emergency housing into more stable housing through the emergency housing social outcomes contracting trial. This includes 17 households in Hamilton and 19 households in Wellington.
