296 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many couples, if any, have been assisted through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s emergency housing social outcomes-based contracting trial and how does that number break down by location?

Hon Tama Potaka: Since the emergency housing social outcomes contracting trial began in November 2024, fewer than six couples have been assisted in the trial. Fewer than six were based in Hamilton and fewer than six were based in Wellington.
