291 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, has been spent on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s emergency housing social outcomes-based contracting trial to date and how does that number break down by the location of the provider?

Hon Tama Potaka: As at December 2025, HUD had spent $1.836 million (excl. GST) on the emergency housing social outcomes contracting trial. $0.978 million was paid to Emerge Aotearoa Limited (Hamilton) and $0.857 million was paid to Wellington City Mission (Anglican) Trust Board (Wellington).
