Darleen Tana to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What advice has he received on New Zealand Government's proposal at the South Pacific Regional Fisheries Management Organisation (SPRFMO) to allow companies bottom trawling in the South Pacific to catch up to three years' of annual total allowable catch in a single season - up to 200% carry-forward of annual catch limits - when this is many times more than is allowed in New Zealand domestic law?
