277 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Associate Minister of Justice: Did the Minister receive Cabinet advice on the appointment of Mike Spray and Michelle Roderick-Hall to the Ministerial Arms Advisory Group (MAAG), if so, what date did she receive that advice?

Hon Nicole McKee: Cabinet discussions are confidential. Providing a response to the Member’s question would breach Cabinet confidentiality and collective responsibility. Accordingly, consistent with Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, I do not consider it to be in the public interest to provide a response to the Member’s question.
