Hon Simon Watts: I am advised the Cabinet Office Circular titled ‘Needs-Based Service Provision’ was shared with all Ministry for the Environment staff via the Ministry's intranet. No further specific implementation activity undertaken by the Ministry as the Ministry does not support services targeted to specific population groups.
