274 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised the Cabinet Circular titled 'Impact-Analysis Requirement' was distributed internally to Managers on 13 January 2025. The Ministry for the Environment has not had to significantly adjust or create new actions to implement the Cabinet Circular, and simply updated contact details and use the new assessment template. As a Crown Entity, the Environmental Protection Authority does not develop government regulatory proposals.
