274 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the Minister (or the Associate Minister) consider that the Treaty of Waitangi created a right of equal treatment of citizens?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Article 3 of the Treaty of Waitangi guarantees the equal rights of all citizens, Māori and non-Māori.
