Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Justice: Was he aware that Hon Nicole McKee’s private secretary had advised the Ministry of Justice to seek nominations for appointments to the Ministerial Arms Advisory Group (MAAG) from other groups such as the Police only if there were no nominations from her coalition colleagues, when he took his nominations for the positions to Cabinet and if so, why does he believe it was appropriate not to seek nominations from the wider community?
