256 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Education: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that the Ministry of Education’s (the Ministry) regulatory impact analysis is informed by new guidance issued by the Ministry for Regulation in December 2024, in response to the Cabinet Office Circular CO (24): Impact Analysis Requirements. The Ministry now engages with the Ministry for Regulation on Regulatory Impact Statements for policy proposals.
