Rachel Boyack to the Minister of Housing: What advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office sought from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development regarding the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust’s current application for a $2.1 million grant from the Affordable Housing Fund to deliver eight affordable houses in Nelson?

Hon Chris Bishop: I sought information from officials regarding Affordable Housing Fund applications in December 2023 and January 2024. Decisions regarding applications are under active consideration, therefore I am unable to comment specific applications.
