248 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Further to reply to question 26265, what matter (or matters), if any, in the definition of Te Mana o te Wai does he therefore consider to be out of balance right now?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have not yet received any advice on replacing the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2020 to rebalance Te Mana o te Wai. I will be receiving advice from officials on this matter in due course.
