Hon Simeon Brown: I gave the Minister of Climate Change the following written advice to enable him to consider the emissions impact of the Clean Car Discount: • the 28 November 2024 draft cabinet paper entitled, Ending the Clean Car Discount • the Climate Implications of Policy Assessment, which was finalised on 24 November 2024.
