Hon Shane Jones: When the Marsden Point oil refinery was operating, indigenous crudes and condensates were estimated to make up approximately two per cent of refinery's inputs (source: https://www.mbie.govt.nz/dmsdocument/15260-refining-nz-impact-of-conversion-to-fuels-terminal). However, I am advised that exact volumes for each year from 2000 were not reported historically.
