244 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Flexible Working Arrangements policy issued by the Chief of Defence Force was reviewed in conjunction with the 2024 Public Service Commission Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance and was found to be compliant. The Ministry of Defence is in the process of updating its Flexible Working Policy.
