239 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Customs: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that there have been no changes to the New Zealand Customs Service’s (Customs) Flexible Working Policy as it aligns with the updated Flexible Working (Work from Home) Guidance released by the Public Service Commission. Customs is meeting the Public Service Commission’s reporting requirements that are specified in the new guidelines.
