219 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Prime Minister: Did Hon Chris Bishop or any member of Hon Chris Bishop’s office contact him or his office regarding Hon Chris Bishop’s answers to oral question 7 on Tuesday 18 November 2025; if so, on what date and what was discussed?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Hon Chris Bishop and his office were in contact with the Cabinet Office, and the Cabinet Office was in contact with me and my office, in relation to oral questions on 18 and 19 November 2025 relating to the Melling Interchange. The contact occurred on those two dates and related to the subject matter of those questions. Hon Bishop’s office also informed my office of Hon Bishop’s proposed answers on 19 November 2025
