217 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that there were 38 personal grievances raised at Corrections in the 2024 calendar year. As at 28 January 2025, no personal grievances have been raised this calendar year. I am further advised that personal grievances are not categorised by success status, nor does Corrections have set criteria that determines whether a personal grievance case is a success.
