Hon Simon Watts: I am advised the Cabinet Circular titled 'Impact-Analysis Requirement' was distributed internally to Ministry for the Environment Managers on 13 January 2025. This update highlighted the new processes, increased grounds for exemptions, new templates and guidance, and managing pre-existing proposals.
