208 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised the Ministry for the Environment has reviewed the Flexible Working Guidance from the Public Service Commission and has compared it against current employment agreements, policies and practices in the Ministry. The Ministry is acting in compliance with existing employment agreements and policies and will continue to reinforce obligations in these areas and align practices and future changes in employment agreements and policies with guidance.
