205 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Children: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the Cabinet Office Circular titled "Impact-Analysis Requirement?"

Hon Karen Chhour: Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 maintains the general requirements for regulatory impact analysis. I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that to the changes to the previous requirements have been communicated to all Oranga Tamariki policy staff.
