180 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry for Culture and Heritage has always required prior agreement between manager and employee regarding flexible working arrangements. These arrangements are regularly reviewed and monitored and decisions about a proposed arrangement consider impacts on individual and team development and performance. As a result of the new reporting requirements the Ministry revised its Flexible Working Policy and Guidelines and established an update to its HRIS to record working location, agreement type, and review dates. These changes will be implemented in early 2025.
