Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised the Cabinet Circular titled 'Impact-Analysis Requirement' was distributed internally to Managers on 13 January 2025. This update highlighted the new processes, increased grounds for exemptions, new templates and guidance, and managing pre-existing proposals.
