155 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: How many personal grievance cases, broken down by success status, if any, were filed in the Ministers departments, if any, in the 2024 and 2025 calendar years?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised that to date, the Ministry for Primary Industries has received a total of 12 personal grievances. Of the 12 personal grievances received, eight of these were closed in 2024 with the following outcomes: • five had an agreed settlement; • two were responded to with no further action required; and • one resulted in a sanction for the employee and no further action. There are four ongoing cases: three received in 2024, and one received in 2025.
