153 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Given the answer to WPQ 30605 / 23 what particular steps has the minister taken to speed up the court system?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: In its 100-Day Plan, the Government has committed to enabling more virtual participation in court proceedings. I am exploring further options with officials to help increase efficiencies and reduce delays in the courts, which will be announced when appropriate.
