152 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What actions, if any, has the Minister's departments or agencies, if any, made in implementing the updated Flexible Working (Work From Home) Guidance?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). DPMC hosts the functional Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery through a Cyclone Recovery Unit (CRU), a business unit of DPMC. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not the Responsible Minister, the Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for DPMC. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 559 (2025).
