Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Speaker of the House of Representatives: Does the Speaker agree with the statement in the Briefing to the Incoming Speaker 2023 that "The Service cannot continue to effectively operate with current funding levels without directly affecting the front-line services intended to support the operations of Parliament and those that have been elected to represent New Zealanders" and given the Minister of Finance's proposed reduction in funding levels what particular front line services will be affected?
