45 (2025). Steve Abel to the Minister of Conservation: How many, if any, access arrangements for mining on conservation land have been granted since 1 November 2022, and to whom?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by the Department of Conservation that since 1 November 2022, 12 Access Arrangements and five variations for mining activities have been granted to the companies as listed in the attached table.
