25 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: How, if at all, will the Charter School Agency monitor incidents, attendance, and achievement for charter schools?

Hon David Seymour: The requirements for charter schools in relation to health and safety, attendance and achievement are set out in their contracts. This includes reporting requirements.
