Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: My office receives a large volume of correspondence covering a range of issues. .A search using the search terms "instant messaging", "apps", "WhatsApp", "Signal", "Telegram", "Snapchat", "Facebook Messenger", and "Microsoft Teams" has returned a nil result.
