18 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: When, if ever, will consultation on the proposed changes to the Relationship and Sexuality Education curriculum open?

Hon Erica Stanford: Relationships and Sexuality Education is a part of the health and physical education learning area in the New Zealand Curriculum. I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the draft learning area will be released for consultation during Term 1, 2025. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 19 (2025).
