2 (2026). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for the Environment: Has she made decisions on hard-to-recycle plastics?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am currently considering advice provided by Ministry for the Environment officials. Any decision around introducing a new timeframe for phasing out hard-to-recycle plastics will be made by Cabinet.
